Mr Adam R. Cegielski is a graduate of the University of Guelph where he acquired his Bachelor of Science, Honours degree, from the College of Physical and Engineering Science in Applied Biochemistry.  

Mr Cegielski has participated in the development of exploration stage ventures identifying various mineral, gold and other resource opportunities globally. Mr. Cegielski has been active as the Vice President of a resource investment company in Canada with exploration interests in gold, vermiculite and vanilla.  In 1999, Mr. Cegielski initiated work on developing an industrial minerals project in Uganda.  Mr. Cegielski's involvement related to financing initiatives, corporate development, and market development of the mineral worldwide.  The mine is now in full commercial production, and the company is working to further develop mineral opportunities in Africa.  Over the years he has developed extensive contacts with the financial community in the United States, Canada, Uganda and the Middle East.
